DELIVERY
We will courier our items Australia wide but have the
facility to deliver set up and install, providing a white glove service in certain areas.
This service provides customers with our own
delivery personel who will manoever the chair (as long as
it is possible) into your desired location with in the your
house.or business
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY AGREEING TO A
DELIVERY DATE AN AUTHORIZED PERSON OR YOUR
SELF WILL BE HOME AT THE SET TIME AGREED
UPON FOR THE DELIVERY. YOU ACCEPT THAT AN
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF
NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY
AT THE AGREED TIME AND IF A SECOND DELIVERY
ATTEMPT IS REQUIRED. YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND
THAT THE SALE HAS BEEN FINALIZED AND ANY
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT MADE TO DATE IS NOT
REFUNDABLE.
2. WHEN YOU REQUEST DELIVERY TO BE ‘SET UP’
YOUR ITEM WILL BE SET UP AND TESTED IN OUR
WAREHOUSE PRIOR TO DELIVERY. OUR OWN
DELIVERY TEAM CAN OFFER ADDITIONAL SERVICES
ON DELIVERY TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AND
PRODUCT INSTALLATION EASIER. THIS INCLUDES
ANGLING YOUR ITEM TO FIT THROUGH NARROW
DOORWAYS, CARRYING ITEMS UP/DOWNSTAIRS &
ANYTHING ELSE WITHIN REASON TO ENSURE YOUR
ITEM IS PLACED WHERE YOU WANT IT AND READY
FOR USE. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR
PRODUCT OR HOUSE BY THE DELIVERY PERSON/S. IT
IS UP TO THE PERSON ACCEPTING DELIVERY TO
ENSURE ALL SURFACES ARE PROTECTED PRIOR TO
DELIVERY.
3. BY ORDERING FROM US YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING
THAT IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE
MANEUVERED INTO THE DESIGNATED ROOM. IT IS UP
TO YOU TO CHECK DIMENSIONS WITH OUR OFFICE IF
YOU ARE UNSURE OR DESIGNATE ANOTHER
POSITION/ROOM FOR IT TO BE PLACED.
4. IF YOU REQUEST FOR THE DELIVERY TO BE MADE
IN ‘THE BOX’ AND NOT SET UP, WE WILL DELIVER THE
ITEM TO YOU IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX FOR YOU TO
INSTALL & SET UP YOURSELF. AS IT HAS NOT BEEN
TESTED WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE CONDITION OF
THE DELIVERY BUT NOT WITHSTANDING CONDITION 4
YOU WILL HAVE 24HRS TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR
EXCHANGE BEFORE THE WARRANTY TAKES EFFECT
AND ITEMS WILL BE SERVICED AS PER WARRANTY.
5. ONCE DELIVERY HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND SIGNED
FOR, THE SALE IS FINALIZED AND THE WARRANTY
BEGINS. FROM THIS POINT ON, IT IS CONSIDERED A
SECOND HAND ITEM AND NO REFUNDS OR
EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED.
6. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LATE DELIVERY OR
FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH IS OCCASIONED
TO YOU BY LATE DELIVERY.
7. IF YOU NEGLECT, FAIL OR REFUSE TO ACCEPT
DELIVERY, WE MAY STORE THE ITEM AT OUR
PREMISES OR ELSEWHERE AT YOUR RISK AND ALL
COSTS OF AND INCIDENTAL TO SUCH STORAGE,
INCLUDING THE COST OF STORAGE INSURANCE,
DEMURRAGE, HANDLING AND OTHER CHARGES MUST
BE PAID BY YOU UPON DEMAND.

8 IF ITEM HAD BEEN OPENED FOR TESTING PRIOR TO SENDING OR IS
DELIVERED SET UP MINOR AESTHETIC DAMAGE MAY OCCUR WHICH IS NOT
CAUSE FOR REPLACEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER. PLEASE NOTIFY
OUR OFFICES PRIOR TO DELIVERY IF YOU PREFER DELIVERY IN THE BOX
9. ANY PERSONNEL WHO ARE ENTERING A CLIENTS PREMISES AT THE
CLIENTS REQQUEST FOR EITHER DEMONSTRATION, DELIVERY OR REPAIR
CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE DONE TO THE
PREMESIS OR THE PRODUCT DURING DELIVERY. CLIENT NEEDS TO ADVISE
FULL DETAIL OF AY OBSTACLES SUCH AS STAIRS, UNPAVED AREAS, NARROW
HALLWAYS OR TURNS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONA ASSISTANCE AT THE POINT
OF DELIVERY SHOULD ANY OF THESE OBSTACLES BE PRESENT
