Weight Loss
8/5/09 the European Association for the study of Obesity
released results from a 12 month study on vibration
training.
For 6 months over weight individuals were put on various
calorie controlled diets, with or without exercise or
vibration training. The vibration training group did no
conventional exercise, they were only allowed to use the
vibration plate. For the remaining 6 months, the
individuals went back to their normal lifestyles and at the
end of a 12 month period, the results were rcorded as
follows;
GROUP
No Diet or Exercise experienced no weight loss
Diet & Conventional Exercise lost an average of 6% of
their body weight but did not maintain the weight loss
Diet & Conventional Exercise lost an average of 7% of
their body weight and maintained the weight loss
Diet & Vibration Training lost an average of 11% of their
body weight and maintained the weight loss
As with all training you will get the best results from using
it in the morning and use it consistently to get the results
you want. We also advise a healthy diet is essential to a
halthy body and quick results.
